摘　　要：通过对学习型组织中隐性知识共享进行分析,构建学习型组织中隐性知识共享模型,运用Netlogo软件对学习型组织中无私型、中立型、自私型3种类型的隐性知识主体之间的知识共享的行为进行仿真分析,研究认为组织可以通过建立知识共享考核机制和激励机制等,以促进组织中隐性知识共享。By analyzing the tacit knowledge sharing in the learning organization,this article constructs a tacit knowledge sharing model in the learning organization.The article uses the Netlogo software to make a simulation analysis of the knowledge sharing behavior among the 3 types of tacit knowledge agents,that is,the selfless,the neutral and the selfish types of tacit knowledge agents in the learning organization.The studies suggest that the organization can promote the tacit knowledge sharing in the learning organization by constructing the knowledge sharing assessment mechanism and incentive mechanism.
