摘　　要：在经济全球化大趋势下,中国农村经管人才的需求类型与层次发生了变化。高校农林经济管理专业培养目标与课程体系需要不断革新与完善。分析了本科二类综合性地方高校在此领域存在的问题:课程知识结构设置不尽合理、课程之间内容缺乏融合与衔接、实践性教学体系不够完善、供学生自主学习的课程不多、教师评价制度需要完善,并从培养目标、业务能力定位、课程体系、实践性教学与制度保障方面提出具体改革措施。In the trend of economic globalization,there have been changes in talents＇ requirement type and level of economic management in China＇s rural areas.Thus,the training objectives and curricular of rural economic management in universities need continuous innovation and perfection.The article analyzes some questions which exsit in this field in the second-rank comprehensive universities,such as improper knowledge construction,weak link and blending of course content,imperfect teaching system of practice,fewer selective courses and inefficient system of teachers＇ assessment,and puts forward some particular measures aiming at objectives of cultivation,position of professional abilty,curricular,practice teaching and instituational guarantees.
