高校人事管理信息化建设的探究

摘　　要：人事管理信息化是高校信息化建设的重要内容,目前高校实施人事管理信息化建设具有十分重要的意义。当今高校人事管理信息化建设存在许多问题,因此,提出加强高校人事管理信息化建设的对策与措施,从而加快信息化建设的步伐。Currently it is of great significance to carry out the information construction of personnel management in universities which is an important part of informationalized university. While many problems existing in the construction hinders its development. So some proposals are put forward to strengthen the personnel management, so as to speed up the pace of the information construction.
