摘 要:博客的低成本、高互联性成为学校进行知识管理的理想工具。运用博客进行知识管理的活动形成了一条知识价值链。知识从输入端进入,经过一系列加工、传递,最后从输出端输出,其间知识的价值得到了巨大增值。分析并优化这条价值链可以帮助各类学校提高知识生产效率,为社会创造更多的精神财富,并进一步将知识转化为实际生产力,为社会创造更多的社会财富。文章运用知识价值链理论,分析了运用校园博客进行知识管理的活动,对在知识管理活动中形成的价值链进行了分析和描述,并认为强调目标意识、不定期激活知识和绘制知识地图可以优化知识价值链,从而产生更大的精神和物质效益。The low price and connectivity of Blogs have made it an ideal tool for knowledge management. It has formed a value chain in the knowledge management activities. Knowledge enters the Input-terminal, is processed and transferred, and finally outputted from the Output-terminal. The value of the knowledge has been increased greatly. It may be helpful for schools to raise productivity of knowledge and to produce more spiritual wealth. Furthermore, the knowledge may be transformed into real productive forces, and add more material wealth into the whole society. In this paper, the activities of campus Blogs have been studied, the knowledge chain during these activities has been described and analyzed, and some optimizing suggestions, including emphasizing the activities' goal, activating the knowledge at intervals and drawing a knowledge map, have been given.
