摘　　要：贫困生既是一个经济学范畴,更是一个社会学概念。在高职院校,贫困生是一不可忽视的特殊群体,他们中的和谐人格缺失现象更值得关注。高校应当在为贫困生提供必要的经济扶助的同时,高度重视贫困生人格的缺陷以及其和谐人格的塑造,是惠及贫困生和高校、惠及社会的重要工作,也是高职院校思想政治教育的重要着力点。Poverty-stricken student is more than an economic term,but a social concept.And those of the higher vocational schools should not be neglected as a special group.More concerns should be given to their lack of syntonic personality.When the school is providing financial help to them,attention should be given to their personality defect and education on syntonic personality.It deserves more efforts from the school ideological and political department since it will benefit not only the student and school but also the whole society.
