摘　　要：依据高校基层教育教学管理人员的职业特点,针对当前高校基层教育教学管理队伍职业化建设中存在的问题,提出通过创新和优化高校及其二级学院管理模式来推进高校基层教育教学管理人员职业化建设,实现大学管理体制的现代化。In compliance with the professional features of the college grass-root teaching administrative management staff and according to the problems that exist in the construction of the college grass-root teaching administrative management staff,this paper offers some suggestions to promote the construction of the professionalizaion for the college grass-root teaching administrative management staff through creation and the perfection of the management model of the college and the schools under the college so as to modernize the college management system.
