摘　　要：优秀辅导员评选制度是加强高校辅导员队伍建设中制度链条的重要一环。本研究从高校优秀辅导员评选制度设计与实施的实践出发,就高校优秀辅导员评选制度设计的价值理念、实践中存在的问题、制度设计与实施过程中的一些方法和技术进行了探讨,以期能对高校完善优秀辅导员评选制度、加强和改进辅导员队伍建设,提供有益的参考。The evaluation system of the ＂Best University Counselor＂ is the key link in building a contingent of high quality university ideological and political counselors.Based on the design and implementation of the present evaluating system,our research has explored profoundly the theoretical ideas,evaluating methods,and the problems encountered,aiming to provide effective suggestion on improving and perfecting the system.
