摘  要:目的探讨职业电磁辐射环境对大鼠小脑普肯耶细胞谷氨酸受体2(GluR2)及其磷酸化蛋白质定位表达的影响特点和规律。方法 Wistar大鼠给予平均功率密度为5mW/cm2的电磁波全身均匀辐射30min/d,连续7天,采用免疫组织化学方法检测小脑普肯耶细胞上GluR2及其磷酸化蛋白质的定位表达水平。结果电磁辐射后各时相点大鼠小脑GluR2及其磷酸化蛋白质的定位表达水平均未发生显著变化。结论短期接触低剂量的电磁辐射可能不会影响小脑内与学习记忆功能密切相关的GluR2的磷酸化过程。Objective To investigate alteration of cerebellar GluR2 and phosphorylation protein of rats after occupational electromag- netic exposure. Methods Sixty male wistar rats were randomly divided into exposure group and control group. Rats were exposed to 50mW/cm^2electromagnetic irradiation for thirty minutes everyday for seven days. The location of GluR2 and phosphorylated GluR2 were observed on purkinje cell membrane of cerebellum after immunohistochemistry. Results Both location and quantity of GluR2 and phos- phorylated GluR2 had no significantly alteration after electromagnetic exposure compared with control. Conclusion In this study, GluR2 phosphorylation of cerebellum has no significantly injury after little power and short term electromagnetic exposure.
