地理和文化环境对中医医者认知方式的影响

摘　　要：人类生存于特定的历史时空中,其认知方式的形成必受当时地理和文化环境的影响,而中医医者作为社会成员中的一部分,其认知方式的形成亦应如此。本文从近现代以前中国的地理和文化环境状况入手,探讨该历史时期的地理和文化特点及其对中医医者认知方式的影响。通过分析发现地理和文化环境在一定程度上决定着中医医者在认知方式上的某些共性和差异性,因此根据地理和文化环境的特点来把握中医医者的认知方式,不仅能为进一步模拟医者的思维轨迹提供理论支撑;同时对综合集成研讨体系中决策群系统的研究,具有一定的指导意义。Human live in a particular historical space-time,their cognitive styles must be influenced by the environment of geography and culture.The doctors of TCM are part of the members of the society,so is the formation of their cognitive style.From the situation of the geographic and cultural environment before modern history,the article discusses the characteristics of the geographic and cultural environment and the influence on the cognitive styles of doctors of TCM.Through the analysis we can find that to a certain degree the geographic and cultural environment determines some commonness and difference in cognitive styles of the doctors of TCM.Therefore we can grasp the styles of the doctors of TCM according to the characteristics of geographical and cultural environment,it not only can provide theoretical base for further simulating the track of doctors＇ thinking,but also can help to study the group decision system of the integrated discussion system.
