摘　　要：着眼于南方电网公司教育培训考评的实际运用，论述了企业教育培训目标考评关键指标的重要意义。给出了选取关键指标的准则和思路，并对教育培训目标考评关键指标进行了分析，提出了教育培训目标考评关键指标与测评方法。This paper looks at the actual application to the CSG education training goal evaluation. The significance of enterprise education training goal evaluation key indicator is discussed. The enterprise education training goal evaluation key indicator is analyzed. the evaluation key indicator and evaluating methods are put forward.
