摘 要:双语双文化聋教育理念彻底颠覆了传统的聋教育观,以往的研究视角多集中于基础教育尤其是学前教育阶段,我们认为,聋人高等教育是基础教育的延伸,在高等教育阶段贯彻此理念亦具有重要意义和独特价值。2009年,重庆师范大学特教系设立由21名聋生组成的"双语双文化实验班",从教学到管理上采取了一系列以双语双文化为核心的举措,次年又正式开设聋人师范专业方向。通过一段时间的实践与观察,我们发现:双语双文化聋教育理念不仅对基础教育阶段的聋校教学带来了变革契机,在聋人高等教育中也同样值得推广。Concept of bilingual and bicultural deaf education overturned thoroughly traditional deaf education.Previous research often focus on basic education,especially on preschool education.But we think that deaf higher education is the extension of basic education and it is essential to apply concept of bilingual and bicultural deaf education to this stage.In 2009,a bilingual and bicultural experimental class was set up in Chongqing Normal University,which is composed of 21 deaf students.At the same time,a series of measures were adopted from classroom teaching to student management,taking bilingual double culture concept as the core.In the next year,a teacher-training speciality orientation for the deaf was established in our Department of Special Education.After a period of practice and observation,we found that:Concept of bilingual and bicultural deaf education not only bring!change moments to basic deaf education,but also worth popularization in higher deaf education as well.
