摘　　要：本文从辅导员运用教育对话来发现、解决大学生寝室人际交往问题的角度,论述了大学生寝室人际交往问题的内涵、教育对话视域下的大学生寝室人际交往问题干预原则、基于教育对话的大学生寝室人际交往问题干预方式等三个问题,来探讨辅导员对大学生寝室人际交往问题的指导工作,希望为解决大学生的寝室人际交往问题、改善寝室人际关系、提高大学生的心理与思想道德素质提供帮助。By applying educational conversation, university counselors can find university stuoents interpersonal communication problems at their dormitories. This paper analyzes the connotation of university students＇ interpersonal communication problems at dormitories, the intervention principles and manners on the base of educational conversation, discusses the counselors＇ guidance on university students＇ interpersonal corn- munication at dormitories.
