摘 要:以生物柴油副产物粗甘油为碳源,利用Box-Benhnken实验设计和响应面法探索了深黄被孢霉生产γ-亚麻酸(GLA)的条件。实验结果表明,以生物柴油副产物粗甘油为碳源培养深黄被孢霉生产GLA的最优条件为:尿素质量浓度1.0 g/L,培养温度27.5℃,培养时间12 d。在最优条件下深黄被孢霉干生物量为51.45 g/L,总脂量为40.99 g/L,GLA含量为1.94 g/L。Crude glycerol from biodiesel industry was used as carbon source, and the Box - Benhnken de- sign and response surface methodology were employed as experimental methods to optimize the conditions of producing y - linolenic acid by Mortierella isabellina fermentation. The results indicated that the opti- mal culture conditions were as follows : urea concentration 1.0 g/L, fermentation temperature 27.5 ℃ and fermentation time 12 d, and under the optimal culture conditions, the dry biomass of Mortierella isa- bellina was 51.45 g/L, the total lipid content was 40.99 g/L, the content of GLA was 1.94 g/L.
