摘　　要：生物学科相关专业的实习教学是其本科教学的重要环节,具有十分重要的意义。但现状不容乐观,存在许多亟待解决的问题。在如何加强领导,规范管理;更新观念,全方位进行实习教学的研究与改革等方面,进行了一些尝试。采取得力措施,建立稳固的校内外实习基地,保证了实习教学的基本条件,出现了与企事业单位联手,合作双赢的局面。这些成果与经验值得推广应用。Biological sciences related professional practice teaching is an important link of undergraduate teaching. However,the current situation is not satisfactory,as there are still many problems to be solved. A series of measures on improving the teaching quality, such as reinforcement of management by establishing standards and policies, and reform of practice teaching by researching into teaching theories and introducing new thoughts. In addition, effective plans to build practice bases inside and outside the university have been implemented, which has provided the necessary facilities and equipments for practice teaching, therefore a win-win situation has appeared thanks to the cooperation between the university and enterprises. These achievements and experiences are worth popularizing.
