浅谈高职院校教学仪器设备的采购管理

摘　　要：文章阐述了高职院校教学仪器设备采购管理的模式、流程和方法,揭示了当前采购管理中亟待解决的主要矛盾,提出了科学预算、健全制度、完善管理、合理采购、加强内控等建议,以期加强资产配置管理,提升高职院校教学仪器设备采购管理的质态。This paper first describes the model,the process and the method of the purchasing management of teaching facilities and instruments in higher vocational colleges.Then it discloses the main problems existing in the purchasing management which need prompt solution.Furthermore,it presents some suggestions such as making scientific budget,improving the system,perfecting the management,properly purchasing and strengthening the internal control,which aims to enhance the management of asset allocation and upgrade the quality of purchasing management for teaching facilities and instruments in higher vocational colleges.
