法学本科教育培养目标的多维导向

摘　　要：法学本科教育的性质是学历教育。法学本科教育的培养目标具有多维导向,即法律职业教育导向、通识教育导向、精英教育导向。不同类型的学校应当在培养目标上有所侧重。传统政法院校以职业教育为重点,专业性院校以通识教育为重点,综合性大学应设定多个维度的培养目标。The undergraduate education is academic education. The training objectives of undergraduate education law deserve a multi-dimensional guidance： the law-oriented vocational education,general education-oriented, and education-oriented elite.Different types of schools should focuse on different training objectives.The political institutions focus on vocational education,the professional institutions focus on general education,and comprehensive university may have multi-dimension objectives in training undergraduate education.
