摘　　要：教学评价背后的价值选择问题是制约教学评价改革和发展的重要因素。在现实的教学评价实践中,结构性的文化束缚、评价自身的内在规定性、政治权力运作机制的集权化、考试评价制度的切合性导致了教学评价价值取向的矛盾和冲突。由此可见,教学评价的价值冲突和割裂与优质教育资源的相对紧张和不可分割紧紧相连。教学评价背后的价值冲突实质上是价值选择在发展与质量、效率与公平之间进行的永无止境的"钟摆式"运动。The choice of values underlying the teaching evaluation is one of the key factors restricting the reform and development of teaching evaluation. In reality, the contradiction of value orientation related to teaching evaluation is caused by structural cultural constraints, inherent rules of evaluation itself, the centralization of political power mechanism and appropriateness of teaching evaluation system. So the contradiction and division of values have an inseparable relationship with the comparatively less educational resources of good quality. The contradiction of values behind the teaching evaluation, in fact, is the ceaseless ＂pendulous＂ movement of value selection between the development and quality, and between efficiency and equity.
