摘  要:教育中介机构托管公立学校,作为近年来我国基础教育区域内改革的有益尝试,越来越引起教育管理者的关注。本文通过对上海市CJ管理咨询中心托管D中学实践的分析,指出委托管理取得成效的重要条件在于政府教育管理职能的不断变革及薄弱学校实现组织创新。Educational intermediary organizations delegating public schools in recent years, as a useful attempt in China's basic education reform in the region, has drawn increasing attention of education managers. Based on the perspective of high school D delegated to Shanghai CJ Management Consulting Center, this article analyzes the reasons of the performances of delegated administration. It lies on the continuous change exploration of government's educational management functions, the professional educational organization sharing school's management power, and the thorough innovation of weak schools" organizational change. The article makes a preliminary exploration on the implementing conditions and constraints of this delegated management model, so as to provide the reference for the perfection of this delegated management model.
