摘　　要：目的以马斯洛层次需要理论和奥瑞姆自理理论为依据，了解住院患者基础护理需求，为按需实施基础护理提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法，于2011年3月抽取我院住院病人200人．发放问卷200份，回收有效问卷156份，回收率为78％。结果患者对基础护理的需求是分层次的，病人病情不同，对基础护理的需求也不同。结论护理人员应充分评估患者的需要屡次和自理能力，针对性制定护理计划，按需要提供给患者满意的基础护理和优质服务，在提供满意服务的基础上提高患者的自护能力．促进患者早日康复并回归社会。Objective Using Maslows hierarchy of needs and Omri self-capacity theory to understand the needs of basic nursing of patients. Providing a guidelines in carrying out basic nursing service. Methods Questionnaire survey were carried out in 200 hospital patient on march 2011, and 78% of which is valid, that is 156 cases. Result The needs of patients on basic nursing of hospital patient is different ccording to the patients condition. Conclusion Nursing staff should be adequate to the assessment of patients need level and their self-capacity, and make a more pertinent care plan, providing patients good service and proper basic nursing care and romote the t）atients soon recovering and better returning to the society.
