摘 要:岗位替代性是指当某岗位员工离职或被辞退后,能否迅速找到合适员工承担起该岗位工作。它对商业银行提升人力资源管理效率、防范经营风险等具有重要作用,但这一概念却还没有得到国有商业银行足够关注和重视。基于"对提高岗位替代性,促进商业银行促进可持续发展探讨"这一命题,本文以科学发展观为指导,运用现代企业管理、组织行为学、心理学等理论工具,并结合笔者在商业银行多年的工作实践,首先分析了商业银行岗位替代性的影响因素及现状,然后阐述了提高岗位替代性对商业银行经营管理的重要意义,最后研究探讨了当前提高商业银行岗位替代性的路径和主要措施。Post substitute means that whether or not an appropriate stuff could be promptly found to undertake the work of a certain post after the predecessor has dismissed or been retired,and it has an important effect on improvement of the human resources management efficiency and protection of the operating risks in commercial banks.But this conception has still not aroused sufficient attention and appreciation from state-owned commercial banks.Guided by scientific outlook on development,using a series of theory tools such as modern enterprises management,science of organizational behavior,science of psychology and etc.,and combining the author's many years working experience in commercial banks,this article explores the issue on post substitute improvement and sustainable development promotion.Firstly,the author analyzes the influence factors and current situation of post substitute in commercial banks.Secondly,it illustrates the important significance of post substitute improvement in commercial banks.And lastly,the author studies into the current methods and major measures on post substitute improvement in commercial banks.
