摘  要:结合4缸柴油机缸内燃烧压力实测数据,利用AVL Boost软件Burn功能分析了燃烧放热规律,获得了模拟柴油机燃烧所需的Vibe燃烧模型参数,建立了模拟柴油机工作过程仿真模型。分析并优化了影响柴油机性能的进排气歧管直径和长度、配气相位、EGR率等性能参数,同时对涡轮增压器进行了匹配计算分析。研究结果表明,利用热力学仿真软件对发动机工作过程进行仿真计算,可以快速、准确地寻求发动机最佳性能参数,为发动机的设计和试验起到积极的指导作用。Based on the combustion pressure of 4-cylinder diesel engine, the heat release rate curve was analyzed by BURN function of AVL-BOOST software, the parameters of Vibe combustion model for simulating the combustion were acquired and finally the simulation model of working process was established. The parameters of inlet and exhaust manifold diameter and length, valve timing and EGR rate which influenced diesel engine performance were analyzed and optimized. Moreover, the turbocharger matching was analyzed and optimized. The results indicate that the calculation and simulation of working process with the thermodynamic simulation software is helpful to find the optimal performance parameters quickly and accurately, which has the positive role for guiding the engine design and test.
