摘　　要：采用评价中心技术构建高校教师胜任特征模型,建构高校教师招聘评价体系和评价方案,以Y校为例,通过模拟招聘测试进行实证分析,提出完善高校教师招聘技术的改进设想。The paper uses the assessment center technology to construct the university teachers＂ competency model, builds the evaluation system and evaluation scheme of the university teacher recruitment, and carries on the simulation analysis as the Y school for an example. Finally, the paper puts forward the improvement ideas to perfect the university teacher recruitment technology.
