摘　　要：2型糖尿病及其并发症对人类健康的威胁已受到人们的广泛重视。近年来的研究发现,很多2型糖尿病患者合并高同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)血症的发生,且高Hcy血症与2型糖尿病并发症的发生、发展关系密切。本文对高Hcy血症的发生与2型糖尿病及其并发症的相互作用关系的研究进展进行综述。Nowadays,the threat of type 2 diabetes and its complications to human health has received widespread attention.Recent studies have found that many patients with type 2 diabetes combined with the hyperhomocysteinemia,and the hyperhomocysteinemia is related with the development of the diabetes complications.The relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and diabetes as well as its complications are summarized below.
