摘 要:目的探讨急诊专科护士高级心血管生命支持(ACLS)技能团队培训模式及效果评价。方法制订ACLS团队培训方案,对参加ACLS技能培训班的80名学员实施该方案培训并进行效果评价。结果培训后,学员急救理论知识较培训前明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。简易人工呼吸囊操作得分由培训前的85.5分提高到培训后90.6分,体外电击除颤术由77.2分提高到85.2分。培训后学员自评口咽通气管使用、紧急气管插管术、体外电击除颤术掌握率较培训前明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。83.3%的学员对ACLS团队培训模式表示非常满意。结论高级心血管生命支持团队培训模式有助于护士掌握急救知识,提高急救技能,值得在急诊专科护士专业化、规范化、标准化培训中推广使用。Objective To establish a team training model of advanced cardiac life support(ACLS) for emergency nurses and evaluate the effect. Methods The team training model of ACLS was established and used to train 80 learners,and the effect was evaluated. Results The learners improved their knowledge about first acid after the training,and there were significant differences in the learners' knowledge about first acid between before and after the training(P=0.000). The operation score of simple artificial respirator before and after the training was 85.5 and 90.6 respectively,and the operation score of external defibrillator before and after the training was 77.2 and 85.2 respectively. There were significant differences in the master rates of oropharyngeal airway,endotracheal intubation and external defibrillator before and after the training(P=0.000). Among the learners,83.3 percent were satisfied with the team training model. Conclusions The team training model of ACLS can help emergency nurses to master first acid knowledge and skills.
