摘  要:为促进新护士的成长,提高护士规范化培训的效果,将"破窗理论"运用到216名新护士的规范化培训中。具体措施包括:以"破窗"为戒,以树立优秀典范为指导,建立导师制培训方式;以消除认知"破窗"为指导开展岗前培训,统一思想及认识;营造良好的团队氛围,杜绝"破窗"滋生的环境;严格护士的考核及录用,杜绝"破窗"的出现。所有新护士均按时完成了培训计划,考试合格率为100%。整个培训期间无不良事件上报,无患者投诉发生。In order to promote the career development of new nurses and improve the effectiveness of standardized training,we applied the broken windows theory in the standardized training for 216 new nurses. The measures included implementing supervisor-directed training mode to set up an excellent role model,providing pre-post training guided by the principle of cognitive broken windows to correct nurses' attitudes,creating favorable team atmosphere to eliminate the breeding environment of broken windows,strengthening the process of examination and employment of new nurses to eliminate the emergency of broken windows. All the new nurses finished standardized training and the qualified rate was 100 percent. There were no adverse nursing events and patient complaint during the training period.
