摘　　要：我国是个农业大国，从南到北农作物的分布不同，农作物的种类也不相同，文章主要阐述了我国农作物秸秆的分布农作物秸秆的产量以及秸秆的用途，并对贵州省内主要的农作物水稻、玉米、油莱、马铃薯和烟草等秸秆中的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、木质素、纤维素等主要成分进行分析研究。China is a large agricultural country.From the south to the north,the distribution and variety of crops is different.This paper mainly expounds the distribution of crops straw, the output of crops straw and the use of straw.The researches about the crude protein, crude fat,lignin,cellulose of rice,maize,rape,potatoes and tobacco straw in the Guizhou province are also presented.
