摘 要:针对磁浮列车走行机构耐撞性的要求,设定了3种碰撞场景,对其力学响应进行研究分析,并利用ANSYS软件运用APDL语言建立参数化的走行机构模型。对模型在3种场景下的冲击工况进行有限元分析。在此基础上,以各工况下的最大应力为状态变量,以结构板厚为设计变量,以机构质量为优化目标,采用了一阶方法作为优化方法,对走行机构进行轻量化优化。优化后,在满足结构设计要求的前提下,结构质量减轻了9.07%,得到了良好的优化结果。According to the crashworthiness requirements of high-speed maglev train running gear under impact force, three collision scenarios are set and an analysis on the mechanical response is made.And by application of APDL language with ANSYS software,the parametefized model of rtmning gear is established. The finite element analysis on the operating conditions of the model under these three collision scenarios is made. Then on this basis, with maximum stress under various operating conditions as state variables, thickness of structure plate as design variables and the quality of the running gear as optimal targets, the nmning gear is lightweight-optimized by using one-order method as an optimization method.After optimization,on the premise of meeting structure design requirements, structural quality reduces the 9.07 percent,a good optimization results would be gained.
