摘　　要：一个有着超强凝聚力的学生集体其学风、班风必然不差,学生生活在其中有较强的幸福感,校方管理起来也事半功倍。那么在今天这个网络普及高校校园的时代,高校班主任如何改革传统管理模式,依靠班级QQ群、班级网站等现代化手段,建设一个朝气蓬勃、团结一致、奋发向上的班集体,是每一个高校班主任极需思考和实践的。Study style and class atmosphere of a student group with a strong cohesion can not be bad, more happiness can be enjoyed by the students in this group, and it is also easy for school to manage. So, in today＇s College campus on which network is widely spread, how does head teacher to reform the traditional management model and rely on the modern means, such as QQ group and website of the class, and establish a vibrant, united and enthusiastic Class, which need every head teacher to think and practice in every college.
