摘　　要：大学英语"3+1"教学模式改革,即前3个学期为基础英语学习阶段,第4个学期为提高阶段,根据学生兴趣开设拓展类英语必选课。"3+1"教学模式改革是高校大学英语教学改革的必然趋势和方向。个性化学习理论为其提供了坚实的理论基础。The Reform of College English ＂3＋1＂teaching mode means the course design of College English includes two stages： basic English learning in the first three terms and advanced English learning of the fourth term,in which compulsory courses about extended language skills and quality are provided for students to opt.The ＂3＋1＂reform,with personalized learning as its theoretical basis,represents the inevitable trend and direction of College English teaching reform.
