中西医结合护理专业集中见习教学效果调查分析

摘　　要：目的:观察集中见习护生完成护理基础目标教学的效果并探讨其影响因素。方法:集中安排护生见习4周,制定一套完整的见习期教学目标,按此目标要求对学生见习进行规范,对388名学生分别在教学见习前和见习后进行问卷调查。结果:通过集中见习,学生较好掌握了晨晚间护理、铺床法、生命体征测量、无菌技术等操作;学生集中见习后效果明显,6项指标对比均P<0.05,达到见习前制定的教学目标。结论:集中见习并严格规范见习的教学目标,能全面提高护生的实践水平,取得较好的教学效果,护生对医院环境、文化也有了初步了解,增强了医院与学校之间的联系。Objective：To investigate and analyze the centralized practical teaching of nursing professional of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method：To arrange 388 students of nursing professional to practically train for 4 weeks and do questionaire before arid after their practical training.Result：Through centralized practical teaching, students can finish some nursing practice,such as morning and evening nursing,making the beds, testing life symptom, aseptic technique,etc.Tbe centralized practical teaching of nursing professional has an obvious effect to achieve the teaching goal.Conclusion：Concentrated practical training and strict teaching can increase practical level, have better teaching effect,let students understand the culture and environment of the hospital and enhance the connection between the hospital and the school.
