摘 要:为研究微波辅助萃取制备茶树花浸膏的工艺,通过单因素试验考察了萃取温度、萃取时间和溶剂(石油醚)添加量等三个因素对茶树花浸膏得率的影响,采用响应曲面法对萃取工艺进行了优化,并建立了影响因素和浸膏得率之间的回归方程。结果表明:在萃取温度45℃、萃取时间5.5 min和溶剂添加量1300 mL的条件下,得率达到最大值(5.08±0.09)%。This paper was mainly about the extraction and preparation of tea flower concrete based on microwave assistant petroleum ether.Through the single factor experiment,the factors of extraction of temperature,time and the amount of solvent(petroleum ether) were experienced on yield of the concrete.Response surface method was employed to optimize the extraction process and fitted the regression equation.The results indicated that the optimal values of extraction temperature,time and the amount of solvent were 45 ℃,5.5min and 1300 mL,respectively.The experimental yields of concrete were(5.08±0.09)% under the optimal condition.
