摘　　要：艺术学科对地方社会经济与文化艺术事业的发展具有不可替代的作用,也是新建本科高校最孱弱的力量。要摆脱困境实现跨越式发展,必须全方位审视发展过程中所具有的或可能出现的优势、劣势及机会、威胁,从而有针对性地探索出一条以地域特色为核心的新型本科艺术教育发展路径。Artistic disciplines play an irreplaceable role in the local economic and cultural development, but it is also the most weak force in newly-upgraded universities. To overcome adversity and to achieve leapfrog development, it is necessary to take into view all the advantages and disadvantages in the development process so as to explore one path of art education in newly-upgraded universities centered with geographical features.
