摘 要:目的:了解不同层次的实习护生在临床实习期间的应付方式与心理健康状况。方法:采用SCL-90自评量表和肖计划等编译的应付方式问卷对泸州医学院护理学院. 卫校本科、专科、中专共326名实习护生进行测评。结果:不同层次的实习护生应付方式无明显差异,多采用成熟型的应付方式,使用成熟型应付方式的护生心理健康水平相对较高,使用不成熟型应付方式的护生心理健康水平较低,使用混合型应付方式的护生心理健康水平介于成熟型和不成熟型之间。结论:使用不同类型应付方式的护生心理健康水平存在差异,护理教育工作者应加强对护生应付方式的指导,预防心理疾患,保持心理健康。Objective To investigate the due way and psychological health of the different nursing educational levels during their clinical practice. Methods The due way questionnaires and SCL-90 were used to evaluate 326 different nursing educational levels students in the nursing department of LuZhou Medical College. Result There is no difference among them. Most of the students take mature due ways. The psychological health level of the students with mature due ways is reversely higher than that of the students with childish due ways. The students with mixture due ways are between them. Conclusion The students who take different types of the due ways have different psychological health levels. In order to prevent psychological illness and keep psychological fit, the nursing education workers should strengthen the instruction of the due ways to the students.
