摘　　要：研究了隐性知识和显性知识相互转化提高竞争力的机理,构建了框架模型,并通过结构方程模型对基于知识转化的制造企业竞争力的机理模型进行了验证性分析,证明了机理模型的合理性。The mechanism of advancing competitiveness with the mutual conversion of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge is studied,and its frame model is constructed in the thesis.The mechanism model of manufacture enterprise competitiveness based on knowledge conversion is validated by Confirmatory Factor Analysis of structure equation model（SEM）.Accordingly the rationality of mechanism model is proved.
