摘　　要：发展学生个性是促进学生全面发展的需要,是实施生本教育的需要,是培养创新型人才的需要。教学中发展学生个性的策略是:转变观念,树立健全的学生观;发现个性,提供发展学生个性的客观依据;尊重个性,营造适合个性发展的良好环境和机制;追求卓越,做有个性的教师。The development of students＇ personality is required in order to promote the overall development of students,implement the students-based education,and to cultivate creative talents.The strategies of developing students＇ personality in teaching are：changing concepts and establishing proper views on students;developing students＇ personality and providing objective support for it;respecting individuality and creating a good environment and mechanism for their personality development;pursuing excellence and teaching with teachers＇ own characteristics.
