摘 要:追溯了学习型社会的提出与发展历程,概述了国内外对学习型社会内涵和基本特征、学习型社会与终身学习和终身教育的关系、构建学习型社会的路径和措施、学习型社会指标体系等的研究现状和有关观点。目前学习型社会研究存在三个方面的不足:一是理论研究深度不够,仍处于一种众说纷纭的摸索阶段;二是缺乏对构建学习型社会典型模式、路径的总结归纳和推广应用;三是缺乏学习型社会评价指标和评价方法的研究。针对不足,建议今后对学习型社会的研究理论上要继续深化,建立完善的理论框架体系;加强对构建学习型社会路径和典型模式的研究、对学习型社会指标体系和测度方法的实证研究、对构建学习型社会政策法律保障的研究。Traced the propose and development of learning-society, reviews the connotation and basic characteristics of leaming-soeiety, summarizes the relationship between life-long study or education and learning-society; outlines the path and measure of leaming-society, and sketches out the research status and related ideas of learning-society target system, Currently there are three deficiencies in the study of learning-society: firstly, theoretical study is not deep enough that it is still in the exploratory stage; secondly, it lacks the summary and application of typical models and path on constructing learning-society, thirdly, there is insufficiency in evaluation indicators and methods of learning-society. In response to these deficiencies, recommendations for future research on the learning society is that deepen the theory; establish a sound theoretical framework of the system; strengthen research for the path of building a learning society and the typical mode; strengthen research for the system of social indicators of Learning and Measurement Empirical; strengthen the legal protection of the policy of build a learning society.
