几种保润剂对“云烟”产品感官舒适性的影响

摘　　要：为考察保润剂对"云烟"产品感官舒适性的影响,采用方差分析方法,分析了甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇、蜂蜜等保润剂对刺激、余味、干燥感等卷烟感官舒适性指标的影响,结果表明:①保润剂的用量对"云烟"产品感官舒适性有显著影响,甘油的适宜用量为0.4%～0.7%,丙二醇、山梨醇、蜂蜜的适宜添加量分别为0.4%,0.7%,0.7%;②甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇、蜂蜜等不同保润剂对"云烟"产品的刺激性具有显著影响,丙二醇用量为0.4%的卷烟,其刺激性小于添加了0.7%甘油、0.7%山梨醇、0.7%蜂蜜的卷烟。In order to investigate the effects of humectants on the sensory pleasurableness of ＂Yunyan＂ brand cigarette,four humectants（glycerol,propylene glycol,sorbitol and honey） were tested,the sensory quality（irritation,aftertaste and dryness） of the test cigarettes made of the tobacco spiked with the tested humectants was evaluated with variance analysis.The results showed that： 1） the addition rate of humectant affected the sensory pleasurableness of ＂Yunyan＂ brand cigarette significantly,and the appropriate rates for glycerol,propylene glycol,sorbitol and honey were 0.4%-0.7%,0.4%,0.7% and 0.7%,respectively;2） the humectants had different effects on the irritation of the test cigarettes,the irritation of cigarette added 0.4% propylene glycol was lower than that of cigarettes added 0.7% glycerol,0.7% sorbitol,or 0.7% honey.
