世界主要港口城市教育发展指标的比较研究

摘　　要：港口城市的发展离不开教育提供智力支持。天津虽然被定位为我国北方经济中心和国际港口城市,但与此称号不匹配。文章就天津的教育发展指标与其他港口城市进行比较分析,得出结论:天津应该提高研究生数量占高等教育规模的比重;天津应该促进民办教育的发展;天津应该提高教师的工资收入;天津应该提高幼儿园和小学男教师的比重。The port city development is inseparable from the education. Although Tianjin is designated as the economic center of northern China and the international port city, it does not match. Through the analysis of educational development index comparing Tianjin with other port cities, it concludes that Tianjin should increase the number of graduate students and male teachers in the kindergarten and the primary school, promote the development of private education and improve teachers＇ wages.
