摘 要:目的:探讨以问题为中心(PBL)结合比较影像学教学法在核医学理论教学中的应用价值。方法:选择2006、2007级学生作为研究对象,以大班为单位分为传统教学法、PBL结合比较影像学教学法。教学内容选择核医学教程相关的章节,以考试成绩、问卷调查及教师自评作为评价指标。结果:PBL结合比较影像学教学法的教学效果明显好于传统教学法。结论:在核医学理论教学中,PBL结合比较影像学教学,可提高学生的综合素质,在核医学理论教学中可以推广应用。Objective: To discuss the value of PBL combined with comparative imageology in nuclear medicine theoretical teaching. Methods: Students of 2006 and 2007 grades from department of chnical medicine as the study objects. One big class as the research unit, which is ran- domly divided into traditional teaching group, and group of PBL combined with comparative imageology. The relative chapters and sections were selected for research. Results: The effectiveness of PBL combined with comparative imageology was better than that of traditional teaching learning. Conclusion: In the application of nuclear medicine theoretical teaching, PBL combined with comparative imaging is superior to traditional teaching. It can improve students' overall quality and be applied in nuclear medicine theoretical teaching.
