摘　　要：设A是二阶方阵,Tr(A)和|A|分别是A的迹和行列式.该文证明了:如果存在正整数n可使An-(E2-A)n是可逆矩阵,其中E2是二阶单位矩阵,则必有ζ(1+ζ)Tr(A)≠2ζ+(1+ζ)2|A|,其中ζ是n次单位根.Let A be a matrix of order two.Further let Tr(A) and |A| denote the trace and the determinant of A respectively.In this paper we prove that if there exists a positive integer n for which An-(E2-A)n is inversable,where E2 is the unit matrix of order two,then ζ(1+ζ)Tr(A)≠ζ2+(1+ζ)2|A|,where ζ is an nth root of unity.
