高校双语教学的现状与双语教师专业化素质培养

摘　　要：双语教学对于培养高素质人才,加快高等教育国际化、现代化的进程,具有不可低估的作用。我国高校双语教学存在很多的问题,而双语教师的专业化素质及水平,是保证实现双语教学目标和效果的重要因素。在分析我国高校双语教学的现状基础上,阐述了双语教师所应具有的素质,并提出了培养高校双语教师专业化素质的对策。Bilingual teaching plays an important role in training high-quality talents,improving the internationalization of the higher education and speeding the process of modernization.There are many problems in China’s bilingual education in colleges and universities.However,bilingual teachers’ professional quality is one of the most important promising elements realizing bilingual teaching objectives and effective.Based on the analysis of the current situation of bilingual teaching in Chinese colleges,the paper explains the expected qualities for bilingual teachers,and proposes the solutions to cultivating college bilingual teachers’ professional quality.
