摘　　要：目的:了解在校医专学生心理健康状况。方法:采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)对2905名医专大一、大二学生进行调查,采用SPSS进行统计分析。结果:(1)在校医专学生总体心理健康水平低于全国正常成人常模,其心理问题主要表现在强迫、人际关系因子上;(2)大一新生SCL-90得分总体上高于大二学生;(3)女生SCL-90均分与各因子得分均显著高于男生。结论:医专学生心理健康总体水平偏低,应针对突出问题开展学生心理健康教育工作,特别加强大一新生和女生的心理辅导与教育工作。[ObjectivejTo learn the mental health state of medical college students,and supply fundamental data for the work of mental health education.[Method]Symptom Check List 90(SCL- 90) was selected to investigate 2905 freshmen and sophomores in Zhejiang Medical College,and the data obtained was analyzed by SPSS.[Result]1) The mental health of medical college students was a little worse than the regular Chinese adult model,and their psychological problems mainly focused on the factors of obsessive - compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity;2) SCL - 90 scores of freshmen were statistically higher than sophomores; 3) SCL- 90 average scores and 10 factor scores of female students were statistically higher than male students.[Conclusion] The average mental health state of medical college students was a little worse,and mental health education should be carried out aiming at prominent problems especially for freshmen and female students.
