摘　　要：临床护理教学是护理教育的关键环节。通过完善教学管理框架、素质教育、综合能力培养等措施,创建以学生为主体的教学环境,提高护生综合能力。The clinical nursing teaching be the key link of nursing education.Through a perfect frame,education for all-round development of the teaching management,comprehensive ability development etc.measure,establish to take student as corpus teaching environment,exaltation nursing students comprehensive ability development.
