摘  要:用AHP进行中职园林专业教师教学能力期望评价。该体系的准则层由基本技能、基本素质、教学能力(课堂教学能力)和专业岗位能力等4个指标构成,指标层由教学组织能力、运用教法能力、教学测评能力、教学设计能力、语言表达能力、微机操作能力、学生管理能力、外语水平、科研能力、职业道德、教育法规、教育心理、团队合作、人文素质、产品开发、操作技能、生产管理、市场营销等18个指标组成,对评价结果进行了分析。Evaluation on the teachers' teaching abilities expectation of the landscape architecture discipline in secondary vocational school was carried out based on AHP. The levels of criterion in this system were composed of four aspects,including basic skill,basic quality,teaching ability(in classroom) and professional ability to post. The levels of assessment index were composed of eighteen aspects,including the ability of teaching organizing,teaching methods application,teaching evaluation,teaching design,language performance,microcomputer operation,management on students,proficiency in foreign language and the ability of scientific research,product development,operation skills,production management and marketing and sales. In addition to these abilities,occupational ethics,educational psychology,the master of education laws and regulations,the ideology of team cooperation and humanities quality were also included. And the evaluation results had been analyzed.
