默会知识与课堂活动——基于学习策略的英语教学模式研究

摘　　要：随着课堂活动在英语教学中重要性的日益加大,如何切实提高课堂活动的效度,而不造成虚假繁荣的课堂,将成为一个迫切而长期的课题。本文尝试结合学习策略和默会知识理论,寻找一种有效的、可复制的活动模式。同时,本文也强调,对于成功的课堂活动而言,隐性的课堂文化也是不可忽视的。The importance of measuring the effectiveness and validity of classroom activities is quite self-evident,especially when increasing attention is being paid to the issue in China.Even though to escape so-called pseudo-active classroom activities requires long-term collective efforts,a little attempt is made in this essay on the base of learning strategy theory and tacit knowledge theory to create an effective activity model which, hopefully,can be easily followed.In addition,the essay emphasizes the necessity of implicit organizational culture in day-to-day classes as well.
