摘 要:复杂产品多学科虚拟样机是一个复杂系统,其开发过程不仅需要多学科工具、人员和模型的协同,而且需要系统工程方法和全生命周期管理的支持。目前在复杂产品制造企业中,对于虚拟样机的系统级模型往往还依赖于总体部门和专业人员的经验,缺少体系级的建模和仿真手段,造成多个不同学科模型和工具的协同设计和仿真困难,模型的重用性差,迫切需要能够准确、直观、全面的描述系统模型和仿真实验的方法,因此提出了在复杂产品多学科虚拟样机系统层次的建模方法——复杂产品虚拟样机多粒度多分辨率建模方法。Multidiscipline virtual prototype(MDVP) for complex product is a complex system,of which developing process needs the collaboration of tools,persons and models in multidiscipline and the support of system engineering method and product life-cycle management.The system level models of virtual prototype are presented and maintained by the system level integration departments and experts in manufacture enterprises of complex product at present.Lack of modeling and simulation method at system level makes it difficult to design and simulate collaboratively with multi-domain models and tools at system integration process,and leads to models' bad reusability,cost increment and efficiency reduction.Thus the paper presents a multiple-grain and multi-resolution modeling method for multidiscipline virtual prototype for complex product in system level to describe the system model and simulation experiment precisely,intuitively and roundly.
