摘 要:This paper describes method for the determination of the residues of nereistoxins in food by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).Samples were extracted from the homogeneous sample with 0.1 mol/L HCl solution,and converted into nereistoxin in alkaline medium with sodium sulfide solution.Then the nereistoxin was extracted by chloroform,and determined by GC-MS/MS.The average recoveries of nereistoxin at the spiked concentration levels of 50-200 μg·kg-1 were range of 80%-96%.Good repeatability was obtained in all the cases with RSD of 3.0%-10.4%.The limit of determination was 0.05 mg·kg-1,and the limit of quantity was 0.1 mg·kg-1.This paper describes method for the determination of the residues of nereistoxins in food by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).Samples were extracted from the homogeneous sample with 0.1 mol/L HCl solution,and converted into nereistoxin in alkaline medium with sodium sulfide solution.Then the nereistoxin was extracted by chloroform,and determined by GC-MS/MS.The average recoveries of nereistoxin at the spiked concentration levels of 50-200 μg·kg-1 were range of 80%-96%.Good repeatability was obtained in all the cases with RSD of 3.0%-10.4%.The limit of determination was 0.05 mg·kg-1,and the limit of quantity was 0.1 mg·kg-1.
