摘　　要：对当前我国高校体育教学现状及存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出了相应的高校体育教学改革的方向及改革措施,以期为高校体育更好地贯彻新课标的要求,使高校体育教学真正为实现"健康第一"的主导思想提供一定的理论参考和建议。To analyzes the current situations and the existing problems of the University P.E.in China and proposes the orientation and measures of the reformation,expecting to put the requirements of the new curriculum into practice.And it also supplies some theoretical references and suggestions to effect the leading principle:health is No.one.
