陕南经济欠发达地区乡村中学体育发展制约因素调查研究

摘　　要：对陕西省南部的安康地区与商洛地区乡村72所中学的体育教育现状进行了调查研究。结果显示:学校体育教育不受重视、体育教学的组织与管理缺乏、教学条件低劣、经费投入严重不足、体育师资整体水平低、较高层次体育专业人才流失严重,这些都是该地区乡村中学学校体育发展中的主要制约因素。建议各有关部门重视体育教育,在学校体育的发展上加强投入与管理;改善体育教学工作环境;提高教师素质、加强专业队伍建设,以彻底改善乡村学校体育发展的低水平状况。In this article,72 rural middle schools in Ankangand Shangluo region have been investigated on the current PE situation.The result shows:without laying stress on school sports education and,being lack of organization and managements,of PE teaching terribly low education condition,inadequate education input,low quality of PE teachers,and the serious drain on the high level sports intellectuals,which are the most important restrictive factors of the PE development in these regions.We suggest that the relating departments should pay attention to the Physical Education,increase the input and the management in the development of school PE,better the teaching circumstance,perfect the teaching staff,and strenghen the construction of professional group,to thoroughly change the low development condition of rural PE schools' physical education.
