摘　　要：成人高校学生作为大学生的一部分,具有自己的特点。成人高校学生的思想政治工作在新形势下也面临着新的问题,究其原因,成人高校学生的逆反心理是一个主要因素,深入研究逆反心理产生的原因及对策,对有效地开展思想政治工作,对成人学生的健康成长具有积极意义。As the member of the college students,the adult students have particular characteristics.Nowadays,the job on how to deal with the troubles of the adult students faces new problems.If you look into the causes, the rebellious thought of the adult students is a main factor.If you make a further research on the reason why they have the rebellious thoughts and how to deal with the problems,it will have a great significance not only for how to settle the problems efficiently but also for the adult students' healthful growth.
